Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages. If your order is sent in multiple shipments, we will not charge you extra for each shipment.

Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns at this time. All sales are final. This is due to the nature of our small business where we aim to minimize inventory waste and only create items as they are ordered. If there is an issue outside of sizing with your item please contact us at shoplucylovely@gmail.com with your order number, a description, and picture of the item with the issue within 7 days of receiving the item. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please send us an email at shoplucylovely@gmail.com with your order number, a description, and picture of the item with the issue within 7 days of receiving the item in order to receive a refund or replace an item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your claim and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
